Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Santo Domingo. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful product launches. Tracking market trends, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for product improvements are integral aspects of this role. The Product Manager will also ensure that projects are completed on time while adhering to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Product Management, including experience in defining product roadmaps and managing product lifecycles.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, coupled with expertise in data-driven decision-making and market trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in SaaS or technology product management is highly desirable.
