The Recruitment Manager will lead the integral talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain the best talent for our dynamic and constantly evolving operations. This role requires a strong balance between people leadership and data-driven decision-making, with responsibility for managing recruitment performance metrics and preparing executive reports for the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve timely, high-quality hires across multiple departments.
  • Design and execute effective attraction strategies for positions in BPO, technology, and corporate areas.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and align recruitment priorities.
  • Oversee the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a strong employer brand.
  • Manage and analyze recruitment data, preparing dashboards and reports for the C-suite to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
  • Implement process improvements and leverage technology to optimize recruitment efficiency.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through professional networks, social media, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

  • English B2+ / C1.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 in a leadership or management role.
  • BPO sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, report generation, and presenting results to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics tools, and Excel or BI dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
