A leading and fast-growing customer experience outsourcing organization is seeking a bold and innovative leader to elevate its talent attraction strategy across the LATAM region. With operations supporting global clients, the companys success is driven by its people and its commitment to building high-performing teams.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager who will own the full end-to-end strategy and execution of all talent-attraction marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, visionary professional who brings modern, creative approachesbeyond traditional recruitment tactics.
The position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, works closely with the Recruitment department, and ultimately takes full ownership of the function, its metrics, and its outcomes.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and lead a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract top-tier talent across LATAM.

Ideate and execute creative, non-traditional campaigns to boost employer brand visibility.

Oversee all recruitment marketing channels: social media, paid campaigns, employer branding, events, and internal referral programswith innovative execution.

Design campaigns that strongly resonate with Gen Z, Millennials, young professionals, and high-volume recruiting audiences.

Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to align hiring goals, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.

Analyze funnel performance and own key recruitment marketing KPIs (cost per hire, applicant quality, source effectiveness, etc.).

Deliver performance reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Maintain and enhance the companys employer brand, messaging, and candidate-facing tone.

Stay ahead of evolving trends in recruitment marketing, introducing new tools, tactics, and creative ideas.

Manage and mentor a small team as needed.

5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition strategy (preferably in high-growth environments).

Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results across recruitment marketing channels.

Strong creative thinker capable of generating fresh talent-attraction ideas.

Solid understanding of social, digital, and content marketing as applied to employer branding.

Experience in data analysis, recruitment funnel performance, and campaign metrics.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools.
-
Excellent collaboration skills and a strong ownership mindset.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
