Role and Responsibilities
We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with heart and hustle, and knows how to build trust, culture, and results from day one. The primary objective of this role is to attract, retain, and develop a highly qualified and motivated workforce to support the organization's strategic goals. This includes implementing efficient human resource programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. The HR Manager will also serve as a strategic partner in building a culture of inclusion, trust, and performance. This role requires a proactive mindset, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to influence outcomes through collaboration, credibility, and integrity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote effective internal and external communication to support a positive work environment and enhance organizational productivity.
- Lead and manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates
- and provide them with essential information about the company's structure, policies, and goals.
- Coordinate the offboarding process for all employee exits—resignations, terminations, or retirements—in compliance with labor laws and company timelines for final settlements.
- Maintain and develop initiatives to solve problems and make decisions.
- Oversee updates to internal HR policies, job descriptions, role profiles, and personnel records to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Supervise and review the payroll processes to guarantee the timely deposit of salaries to all employees of the company.
- Supervise and verify the administration processes to comply with the plans and programs on the benefits established by the company.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations by overseeing employee obligations such as leave accruals, benefit advances, and final settlements.
- Anticipate the needs of employees to resolve any concerns or issues they experience.
- Maintain functional supervision of tasks related to the entire area of human resources.
- Champion a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and engagement by modeling professional behavior, addressing workplace dynamics constructively, and serving as a role model for positive communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations or related.
- 2-3 years previous experience in positions of similar responsibility.
- Fluent in English (Native or near-native proficiency preferred).
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.
