Buscamos un/a Contable General organizado/a, analítico/a y comprometido/a, para gestionar de forma integral la contabilidad y las finanzas de una empresa mediana, asegurando el cumplimiento fiscal, el control financiero y el soporte a la toma de decisiones gerenciales.

Responsabilidades principales

Contabilidad y Finanzas


• Registrar ingresos, egresos, compras y ventas en el sistema contable.


• Preparar y revisar estados financieros (Balance General, Estado de Resultados y Flujo de Efectivo).


• Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y control de cuentas contables.


• Gestionar cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.


• Procesar facturas, pagos y comprobantes fiscales.


• Control y registro de activos fijos y depreciaciones.

Impuestos y Cumplimiento


• Preparar y presentar declaraciones ante la DGII (ITBIS, ISR, IR-3, IR-17, 606, 607, 608, entre otros).


• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y regulatorias.


• Atender requerimientos o fiscalizaciones de la DGII.

Nómina y Obligaciones Laborales


• Procesar nómina


• Gestionar reportes y pagos a TSS, AFP y ARS.


• Control de vacaciones, horas extras y prestaciones laborales.

Presupuesto, Análisis y Reportes


• Preparar reportes financieros mensuales para la gerencia.


• Identificar oportunidades de mejora, ahorro y optimización de costos.

Control Interno y Gestión de Riesgos


• Mantener organizada la documentación contable y financiera.

Requisitos


• Licenciatura en Contabilidad


• Experiencia previa como Contable General o Encargado/a Contable.


• Conocimiento sólido de normativa fiscal dominicana (DGII).


• Dominio de Excel.


• Organización, confidencialidad y capacidad analítica.
