Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant/CPA specializing in Tax Compliance and Odoo at ERPly SRL, located in Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing tax compliance, optimizing Odoo ERP for accounting processes, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making. Additional tasks include overseeing tax return preparation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and advising clients on finance and accounting practices. The role allows for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and interpretation.
• Expertise in Tax Preparation and comprehensive knowledge of Dominican tax regulations.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification and solid experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience with Odoo ERP implementation and utilization in financial operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
