Job Title: Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting property research, and engaging prospects through cold calling. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with making outbound calls, and capable of efficiently using our internal systems and basic digital tools such as Google Apps and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Research properties and clients to identify prospects and potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our internal system and Excel.
  • Assist in building and updating lead lists and sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication with prospects and clients.
Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, especially related to property or market data.
  • Proficiency in basic Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with a CRM or internal lead management system.
