Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Santo Domingo. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee managing and optimizing online sales platforms, enhancing customer experience, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, troubleshooting customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals, and driving continuous improvements in the e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic decisions
• Customer Service and Communication skills for problem-solving and maintaining positive client relationships
• E-Commerce and Sales experience, with knowledge of online platforms and sales strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as e-commerce management systems
