The Business Development Representative explores new prospects to see if they'd be an ideal customer for the service you offer. The BDR has an overall knowledge of the product or service that is sold. In this role you will be part of the ServiceDesk team. ServiceDesk takes care of the monitoring, proactive actions, and best practices, maintaining health status from a client-wide perspective. The sysadmin's primary focus is on aligning customer servers' infrastructure into the best possible scenarios following standards and suggestions.
The Business Development Representative helps to shape the future of the business. The BDR oversees making outbound calls or sending outbound emails to leads in hopes of creating sales opportunities. Utilizing networking and other sourcing strategies, the BDR actively searches for potential prospects and qualifies them as well as carriers over the responsibility of sales closing and hand off to the delivery teams.

You will be responsible for:
- Build statements of work and pre-fill standard contracts for customers.
- Interact with the technical teams to produce proposals that are aligned with customer's goals and expectations.
- Proactively develop new business aligned with the identified buyer profile.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Interface with service delivery, technical and customer success teams to ensure the kickoff of contracted services.
- Keep a constant communication with the customer to understand how we could enhance their experience/reduce friction as well as identify opportunities from growing the account.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Handles all leads with the mindset that they are in part responsible for the customer's first impression of the company by responding in an enthusiastic, courteous, friendly and caring manner while validating the inquiry to maximize lead monetization and conversion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- 2-3 years telemarketing and/or outbound sales experience.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience with Odoo or another CRM software preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Excellent client service skills, negotiation, proposal management and sales closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb English & Spanish Communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
