sector financiero o de servicios
. Esta posición será fundamental para el desarrollo de la estrategia corporativa, la gestión de capital y el cumplimiento normativo.

¿Qué Buscamos en Ti?

  • Experiencia Senior:
    Mínimo
    años
    de experiencia progresiva en Finanzas, con al menos
    5 años
    en un rol ejecutivo (CFO, VP de Finanzas, Director Financiero) dentro del sector
    financiero o de servicios/consultoría.
  • Formación:
    Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad o Economía.
    MBA, CPA/ACCA o CFA es altamente deseable.
  • Conocimiento Técnico:
    Profundo dominio del modelado financiero avanzado, valoración de empresas, y experiencia en operaciones de M&A (Fusiones y Adquisiciones) o levantamiento de capital.
  • Regulación:
    Familiaridad con el entorno regulatorio y normativo del sector financiero.
  • Habilidades Blandas:
    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo estratégico y capacidad para influir en las decisiones a nivel de Junta.
