Job Summary
The ICT & Data Support Officer (Level 1) is responsible for providing operational support across Quality Assured Solutions Inc.'s core systems, data, and reporting environment. This role supports the accuracy, stability, and efficiency of QAS's technology and data operations and is intended for an early-career professional developing capability in systems, data, and operational support within a regulated BPO and financial services environment.
The role is execution-focused and operates under the direction of the Technology & Data Operations Manager. As the ICT function continues to be built out, the role may also provide limited operational or Spanish-language collections support as required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
ICT and Systems Support
- Provide first-line support for internal systems, including CRM platforms, PBX/telephony systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and internal forms.
- Support user access management, permissions, and basic system troubleshooting.
- Assist with system testing, configuration updates, and upgrades under supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, changes, and known issues.
Data and Reporting Support
- Assist with data extraction, validation, and preparation for operational and management reporting.
- Support data accuracy initiatives, including data clean-up and reconciliation preparation.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and platforms.
- Support audit readiness activities by ensuring records and documentation are accurate and complete.
Process and Automation Support
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Microsoft Forms, workflows, and basic automation tools.
- Support testing and rollout of new systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies or recurring data issues.
Cross-Functional Support
- Provide limited Spanish-language operational or collections support when required.
- Support ICT and data-related needs across Operations, Finance and Administration.
- Escalate technical, data, or process risks in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate Degree/ Undergraduate Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in systems, data, or technical support.
- Experience working with data, reporting, or digital tools is an asset.
- Prior exposure to a contact centre, BPO, financial services, or regulated environment is desirable.

- Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
- Professional communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.

- Adequate remote work provision is essential.
Role Scope and Expectations
- This is a support and execution role and does not carry managerial or strategic ownership responsibilities.
- The role may initially include a split focus between ICT/Data support and limited operational coverage; this will reduce as the ICT function matures.
- Full compliance with QAS policies, security standards, and confidentiality requirements is mandatory.

- Proactive identification and escalation of risks or issues.
- Positive contribution to system stability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
