IT Business Analyst

Brindar soporte, análisis y gestión de las aplicaciones empresariales, actuando como enlace entre las áreas del negocio y TI para garantizar que los sistemas (ERP, CRM y otros) funcionen correctamente, se optimicen y respondan a las necesidades operativas.
Funciones Principales
- Recopilar y analizar requerimientos del negocio.
- Traducir requerimientos en especificaciones funcionales.
- Servir como dueño funcional de aplicaciones (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Brindar soporte Nivel 2 y 3 y solucionar incidentes.
- Configurar aplicaciones según reglas del negocio.
- Participar en proyectos de implementación, pruebas y capacitación.
- Documentar procesos, preparar manuales y entrenar usuarios.
- Monitorear integraciones, calidad de datos y rendimiento del sistema.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Administración o áreas afines.
- Experiencia como Business Analyst o Application Specialist.
- Conocimiento de ERP, CRM y plataformas SaaS.
- Habilidad para recolectar requerimientos y escribir especificaciones.
- Capacidad analítica, solución de problemas y comunicación efectiva.
- Experiencia en configuración de aplicaciones.
- Deseable: certificaciones (Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ITIL), experiencia con metodologías ágiles.
