Payroll Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Verification

Daily review and update of email for any changes related to bank accounts, departments, or payment discrepancies.Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll-related transactions in the payroll system.Create pre-payroll data and input all recorded changes into Paysoft.

Payroll Processing

Verify the accuracy of all payroll deductions, incentives, vacations, and other relevant data.Process and validate post-payroll absences in the system.Upload all incentive templates into the Paysoft system.

Record Keeping and Organization

Update the virtual folder of paid payrolls. Maintain and update all payroll-related trackers. File all supporting documents and organize the physical paid payroll folder.

Employee Support: 

Provide timely responses to employee inquiries related to payroll via email or Slack.
