Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst - Software, based in Santo Domingo, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to guide software development projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, the role involves maintaining clear communication between stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly.
  • Understanding of Business Processes and practices to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Experience in creating detailed Business Requirements to support software development projects.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
  • A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
