About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
Inventory Management Lead
to join our Supply Chain Planning team. This is a leadership role focused on ensuring material planning and purchasing processes are in place to support operational and production continuity. The main objective is to lead and develop a team while collaborating across functions to guarantee the availability of materials and optimize inventory performance globally.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Lead and develop the Material Management team through performance management, training, and development.
• Support the development of tools and processes for an end-to-end Planning department.
• Participate in the S&OP process, providing input and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Suppliers, Procurement, Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, etc.) to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Develop best practices for material availability, planning systems logic, and team development.
• Analyze inventory for shortages and expiring components to reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and conformance to production schedules.
• Align inventory and financial objectives with the Planning department.
• Design and implement strategies to improve service levels and supplier utilization.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate new product rollouts and coordinate product discontinuations.
• Analyze supplier performance and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer, Operations, Business Administration, or similar.
• Advanced English knowledge.
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in end-to-end supply chain.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with S&OP and S&OE.
• Familiarity with planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics AX, QAD, SAP, o9, etc.).
