Job Title: Inventory and Operations Manager- On-site position

Position Overview:

The Inventory and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory health and ensuring efficient wholesale order flow. This individual will also focus on inventory projections, vendor coordination, and overstock reporting, while collaborating with executive assistants to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily inventory operations to ensure optimal health and accuracy.
  • Oversee wholesale order flow, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
  • Conduct inventory projections to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Generate and analyze overstock reports to minimize excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with executive assistants to streamline operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or operations management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with numbers and capable of performing quantitative analysis.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
