Resumen General:
En Muse buscamos un perfil creativo y estructurado para liderar el desarrollo de contenido de las marcas que gestionamos. El Content Manager será responsable de convertir las estrategias en calendarios editoriales accionables, coordinar al equipo creativo, supervisar la ejecución diaria de las publicaciones, y asegurar que el contenido represente con coherencia la identidad de cada cliente.
Este rol es clave dentro del equipo: organiza la producción de contenido, colabora en la definición de ideas y campañas, y vela por el buen funcionamiento de todos los procesos relacionados con contenido, desde la planificación hasta la publicación, incluyendo dar la data sobre rendimiento que necesite el project manager cuando vaya a hacer reportes. Además, estará a cargo de la gestión de comunidades y de coordinar la integración de creadores, usuarios o influencers cuando formen parte del plan de contenido.
Responsabilidades Principales
Planificación y Desarrollo de Contenido
- Traducir los lineamientos estratégicos de cada marca en planes editoriales mensuales.
- Coordinar la ejecución de estos planes junto al equipo creativo (copy, diseño, edición).
- Supervisar la calidad de las piezas producidas, asegurando consistencia visual y narrativa.
- Mantener actualizados los cronogramas y flujos de trabajo internos.
Coordinación y Ejecución Operativa
- Organizar y asignar tareas en las herramientas de gestión (ej. Notion, Trello).
- Supervisar que cada publicación esté lista en tiempo y forma para su programación.
- Consolidar el contenido final y entregarlo al Project Manager para su validación con cliente.
- Gestionar el archivo y documentación de todas las piezas y activos publicados.
- Entregar data e información necesaria para que el project manager genere los reportes de rendimiento.
Gestión de Comunidad y Activaciones de Contenido
- Supervisar y coordinar la interacción con las audiencias en redes sociales.
- Monitorear comentarios, mensajes y reacciones, y canalizar aprendizajes clave.
- Coordinar campañas puntuales de contenido con influencers o usuarios cuando estén dentro del plan editorial.
Asegurar que el contenido externo (UGC, creadores) esté alineado con los estándares de marca.
Perfil Requerido
- 2+ años de experiencia en creación y coordinación de contenido para redes sociales.
- Conocimiento de dinámicas de redes como Instagram, TikTok, Facebook y YouTube.
- Capacidad para organizar equipos y procesos de producción creativa.
- Excelente criterio narrativo, visual y conocimiento de formatos digitales.
- Alta capacidad de organización, enfoque en detalles y manejo de tiempos.
- Buen nivel de redacción y ortografía.
- Mentalidad resolutiva, colaborativa y enfocada en mejorar procesos.
