Job Description
Operate machinery for the production of adhesive tapes and technical materials, properly controlling the dosing of materials, including cement, according to the size and specification of the product, while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. Additionally, carry out warehouse activities such as receiving, controlling, packing, and dispatching materials and finished products, ensuring the continuity of the production process and proper inventory management.

Responsibilities
Production
  • Operate equipment to manufacture adhesive tapes and technical materials according to established procedures.
  • Prepare and supply necessary materials to production lines, ensuring correct dosing of all components, including cement, according to product dimensions and specifications.
  • Check and carry out daily production and shipping orders.
  • Inspect both in-process and finished products, detecting possible damages, defects, or quality issues.
  • Accurately record production data, material consumption, waste, and time spent.
  • Package finished products according to required specifications.
  • Follow industrial safety standards, use personal protective equipment, and comply with the 5S system guidelines.
Warehouse and Internal Logistics
  • Check, store, and ship both raw materials and finished products.
  • Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.
  • Verify that shipments match the "packing slips" documentation and record incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Prepare orders according to customer requests.
  • Place materials and products in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and identification.
  • Transport materials and finished products promptly and in an organized manner, supporting production continuity.
  • Store materials in their correct locations and rotate inventory according to FIFO / FEFO.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including shelves, preparation areas, and shipping zones.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Complete warehouse records and documentation properly and on time.
  • Maintain effective communication with the warehouse team, drivers, and supervisors regarding inventory and material flow.
  • Comply with safety protocols and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support operations as needed by the business.
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating a forklift.
  • 1–2 years of experience in industrial production, warehouse, or similar operational roles (preferred).
  • Experience with RF scanners or similar systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of weights, measurements, and basic math.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to safety and proper material handling.
  • Ability to meet customer requirements and internal standards.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Industrial environment, no air conditioning.
  • Exposure to chemicals, outdoor elements, and variable temperatures.
  • Frequent standing work; requires walking, reaching, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Strict compliance with safety and material handling regulations.
