Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Sales & Operations Associate to support our day-to-day tour operations and contribute to the growth and expansion of the business. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about tourism, sales, and customer experience. The right candidate will assist with operations, manage bookings, support clients, and contribute to the development of new partnerships, tours, experiences, and lodging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

  • Assist with daily tour and experience operations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate schedules with guides, transportation providers, and experience partners.
  • Manage customer communication before, during, and after their tours.
  • Support quality control by monitoring service standards and guest feedback.
  • Support the business development and management of our lodging line, including coordination of guest stays, property partners, and operational needs.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned to support the operations and growth of the company.

Sales & Business Development

  • Respond to customer inquiries, upsell experiences, and close sales.
  • Support the creation, pricing, and launch of new tours, experiences, and lodging offerings.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnership leads.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with hotels, DMCs, travel agencies, and tour providers.

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Assist with booking management, CRM tools, and operational documentation.
  • Support reporting, inventory controls, confirmations, and logistics.
  • Help with marketing materials such as product descriptions, photos, and experience content.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in tour operations, hospitality, lodging management, customer service, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to upsell and identify opportunities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required) and English (required).
  • Knowledge of tourism in Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, and other DR destinations (a plus).
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Must have personal access to a cellphone, laptop, and reliable internet.
