We are looking for a
Contract Assistant Specialist
to join our Contract team in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic destination.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of working experience; preferably in travel agencies or hotels, particularly in contracting or pricing
- Good knowledge of the German market and competitors
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Good level of English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex situations in a clear and simple manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong daily follow-up skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Result-oriented, well-disciplined, well-organized, and a strong team player
- Must be located in Punta Cana
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contract updates are processed accurately (SPO, EB, Stop Sales, etc.) and assist the Reservation Department
- Contact hotels to prepare special campaigns for clients, including last-minute offers, flash sales, and in-house campaigns
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Control sales and review reservations; manage and analyze occupancy and availability at destinations
