ON-SITE Back-Office Representative – Medical Office Support

We're looking for a
highly organized and detail-oriented individual
to join our team as a Back-Office Representative specializing in
Medical Office Support
. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to
manage referrals, verify patient benefits, and request authorizations
, ensuring patients get timely access to the care they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track patient referrals with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Request prior authorizations from insurance providers for procedures, imaging, and specialist visits
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Coordinate with providers, insurance representatives, and internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our system

Qualifications

  • No prior experience in insurance verification, authorizations, or referrals required — we provide training
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (
    B2 level or higher required
    )
  • General computer navigation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

What We Offer

  • Training Salary:
    RD$30,000/month (
    2 months
    )
  • Post-Training Salary:
    RD$35,000/month
  • Office hours:
    9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Adjusting to
    8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    during U.S. Daylight Saving Time.)
