Key Responsibilities

Financial & Bookkeeping Support (40%):

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop/Online (e.g., invoice generation, data entry, processing A/P and A/R).
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Organize and file financial documents and receipts.

Administrative Support (60%):

  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage the office calendar.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide general support to team members as needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
