Job Vacancy: Customer Support Agent

Location: Dominican Republic

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our fast-growing international team as a Customer Support Agent. If you are friendly, patient, and passionate about helping people, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with users via chat and email, creating a friendly and trustworthy experience.

Provide 24/7 support to ensure clients enjoy the best possible interaction with our brands.

Respond promptly, politely, and accurately to inquiries and requests.

Share information about promotions, rule updates, and other important changes.

Assist clients in resolving technical issues, escalating to technical specialists when necessary.

Collaborate with the product team by sharing valuable feedback to improve user experience.

Communicate with clients in Spanish, aligning with website content and recommending corrections when needed.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

Conditions & Benefits

Salary: USD $550/month

Probation Period: 3 months

Reporting To: Chief Customer Care Officer / Team Lead

Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday (rotational shifts)

09:00–17:00

17:00–01:00

01:00–09:00

Time zone: GMT -6

Lunch Break: 1 hour (flexible)
