El puesto contribuye al éxito general de todas las unidades que integran el segmento de Operaciones de Banca de

Negocios, asegurando que los objetivos específicos, planes e iniciativas individuales se lleven a cabo o se cumplan en apoyo

de las estrategias y objetivos comerciales del equipo. Garantiza que todas las actividades se realizan de acuerdo con las

normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes. El puesto es responsable de garantizar que todas las actividades se

realicen de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos, manteniendo un fuerte enfoque en riesgo

operacional, cumplimiento, calidad y mejora continua de los procesos.

Responsabilidades

  • Lidera y conduce una cultura centrada en el cliente para todo su equipo a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los

clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones del Banco, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.

  • Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y

decisiones diarias.

  • Analizar los procesos y estructura operativa e identificar las mejoras de los procesos, con el fin de proponer los

cambios a su superior inmediato asegurando una efectiva y eficaz estructura operativa mediante la medición de

las cargas de trabajo.

  • Gestión y desarrollo de controles para revisión de la calidad y mejora en los procesos (ASP)
  • Monitorea el cumplimiento de prácticas establecidas mediante herramientas de seguimiento que permitan

identificar riesgos operativos y oportunidades de optimización.

  • Apoya en la documentación y actualización de procesos y/o guías.
  • Revisión y gestión de los requerimientos regulatorios aplicables al segmento, asegurando su correcta

implementación y cumplimiento continuo.

  • Crea un entorno donde su equipo realiza operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que

garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las

obligaciones destinadas a reducir el riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento reglamentario, el riesgo de

lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta, entre las que se incluyen las

responsabilidades establecidas bajo el Marco de Gestión del Riesgo Operacional, el Marco de Gestión de Riesgo

del Incumplimiento Reglamentario, el Manual Internacional de Prevención del Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento

al Terrorismo y las Pautas para la Conducta en los Negocios.

  • Fomentar la creación de nuevos cuadros de mando y análisis que ayuden a anticipar tendencias negativas hacia

el segmento y comprender los diferentes procesos operativos de la unidad.

  • Abordar los requisitos de informes específicos por parte de la administración de la unidad.
  • Admite todos los hallazgos normativos y de cumplimiento mediante informes proactivos y verificaciones de

procesos.

  • Lleva el control y gestión de todos los reportes y procesos regulatorios
  • Colaborar con las diferentes áreas que interactúan con el Segmento
  • Colaborar en la implementación e identificación de mejoras para el Segmento
  • Apoya mano a mano al Primer Gerente de Apertura de Productos y Documentación en todos los proyectos del

segmento, mediante la creación de nuevas métricas para medir la efectividad y las tendencias. También completa

tareas críticas para garantizar los objetivos del proyecto.

  • Administrar y diseñar los procesos de puntos compartidos y herramientas de seguimiento del segmento.
  • Promueve un entorno de alto desempeño e implementa una estrategia para la fuerza laboral que atrae, retiene,

desarrolla y motiva a su equipo, y para lograr esto, fomenta un entorno laboral inclusivo, comunica la visión, los

valores y la estrategia de negocios y maneja un plan de sucesión y desarrollo para el equipo.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Banca o Contabilidad o carrera afín. (deseable)
  • Amplio conocimiento en los procesos y políticas de Banca Corporativa y Comercial.
  • Conocimiento avanzando de políticas sobre Prevención del Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento

al Terrorismo, Riesgo Operacional y Políticas y Normativas Regulatorias

  • Conocimiento intermedio del paquete Microsoft Officer, como: Word, Access y Visual Basic

(deseable)

  • Conocimiento avanzado en el diseño e implementación de procesos de Sharepoint.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Gestión de Proyectos (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento avanzado Power BI.
  • Conocimiento de productos del Sector Banca.
  • Manejo del idioma inglés – Nivel Bilingüe (Avanzado)
