Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent (near-native) written, spoken, and comprehension in English is a requirement for this job
Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + Active Exequatur (Required).
2 years working with high-risk patients.
Background in mental health, crisis intervention, and longitudinal member care.
Empathetic, professional, and culturally sensitive verbal/written skills.
Highly organized multitasker who excels in fast-paced, scheduling-heavy roles.
Tech-savvy (CRMs) with a strict commitment to accuracy and HIPAA confidentiality.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Critical Incident Response (CIR) coordination or delivery.
Experience working in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or similar clinical environment.
