Project Management AI Implementation

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI strategy for the company and its clients, aligning with business goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and translate emerging AI trends into high-value use cases.
- Lead the entire AI implementation lifecycle, from solution prototyping to deployment and hand-off.
- Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams (IT, Operations) throughout AI initiatives.
- Quantify and monitor AI value (ROI, time savings, accuracy) to validate impact and report measurable results.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing all stakeholders and project plans.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing scalable AI solutions, ideally in contact center environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to analyze workflows, lead change, and manage complex projects (timelines, risks).
- Strong experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Adaptable, strong problem-solver, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Advanced English.
