The AI Transformation Leader is a
strategic and hands-on professional
responsible for guiding the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across client programs and internal company operations. This high-impact role focuses on pinpointing, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the
    AI strategy
    for the company and its clients, aligning with business goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and translate
    emerging AI trends into high-value use cases.
  • Lead the entire AI implementation lifecycle, from
    solution prototyping to deployment and hand-off
    .
  • Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams (IT, Operations) throughout AI initiatives.
  • Quantify and monitor AI value
    (ROI, time savings, accuracy) to validate impact and report measurable results.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing all stakeholders and project plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of experience implementing
    scalable AI solutions
    , ideally in contact center environments.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze workflows, lead change, and manage complex projects (timelines, risks).
  • Strong experience with enterprise platforms (e.g.,
    Salesforce, Zendesk
    ).
  • Excellent communication
    skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Adaptable, strong problem-solver, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
