Junior Process Engineer

Ualett continues to strengthen its operational structure as we expand our Risk & Compliance capabilities. We are currently seeking a Junior Process Engineer to support key process optimization initiatives across the organization.
This role plays an important part in ensuring efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement in our operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mapping, analysis, and documentation of business and operational processes.
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvement opportunities.
- Participate in data collection, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and updated process documentation.
- Support compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support during process changes, pilots, and implementations.
- Research and apply industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Competencies & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of process design, analysis, and improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi).
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks (preferred).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Minitab (preferred).
- Understanding of quality standards including ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Teamwork, collaboration, communication, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, ethics, and accountability.
This position plays a key role in supporting Ualett's ongoing process optimization efforts, contributing directly to operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
