Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Engineering Analyst Junior t
o support energy audits, energy modeling, and compliance consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in thermodynamics, mechanical and electrical systems, and will be capable of independently managing comprehensive energy assessments and analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full
    ASHRAE energy audits
    , including site surveys and detailed reporting.
  • Identify and quantify
    Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs)
    , writing clear and compelling technical narratives.
  • Utilize software tools like
    HAP
    for load calculations and
    eQUEST
    for energy modeling, with a high level of proficiency.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and interns, demonstrating best practices in energy analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of
    advanced thermodynamics, mechanical, and electrical engineering
    principles.
  • Strong experience in performing
    ASHRAE surveys
    and energy audits.
  • Proficiency with energy modeling and load calculation tools (
    e.g., HAP, eQUEST
    ).
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Engineering degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience teaching or mentoring peers or junior team members.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., EIT, CEM, LEED AP) are a plus.
