Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Sales Professional located in Santo Domingo, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Professional will focus on identifying and engaging prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting product offerings, preparing sales proposals, and staying updated with industry trends to maximize business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Communication
  • Strong understanding of the tile or luxury product industry; prior experience in a similar industry is a plus
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
