Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Supervisor
to lead and manage our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will ensure that sales targets are met while maintaining high levels of motivation, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales operations and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to enhance team members' skills and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and motivate the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive developments to refine sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Sales Supervisor
    or similar role in a call center or sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets while leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and performance metrics software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
