Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative in Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, understanding individual needs, and recommending suitable fitness programs. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and building positive relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales abilities, negotiation, and goal-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability with attention to client needs
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish and English is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certifications in sales or fitness are preferred
