Candidate Profile
- Advanced / fluent English
(mandatory – 100% of calls are in English). - Proven experience in
call center sales
. - Experience selling
insurance, telecom, or similar services
is a strong plus. - Strong
closing skills
and sales confidence. - Ability to work under
sales targets and performance pressure
. - Proactive attitude, results-driven mindset, and strong sales discipline.
