Job Description
This full-time, onsite role for a customer service representative at Telcom Networks Outsourcing in Santiago de los Caballeros involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries and requests, and delivering a positive customer experience. As the main point of contact between our clients and their customers, you will handle various customer service-related tasks to maintain strong business relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional language skills being a plus. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and knowledge of CRM software is beneficial. Experience or knowledge of fitness and nutrition is also a plus.
