Location: Santiago, Dominican Republic
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries related to products and services.
• Generate sales leads that convert into new customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools to resolve customer inquiries.
• Address customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within established deadlines, following up to ensure resolution.
• Receive and process customer orders and maintain organized files.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies during order processing.
Skills Required:
• University student or recent graduate.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Current residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic (mandatory).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with the ability to make decisions for the benefit of service.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Availability to work on holidays and weekends as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in telephone sales is a plus.
