Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to train and develop sales teams to meet their goals. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging training programs that focus on effective communication, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
Requirements- Prior experience as a trainer or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good computer skills and ability to use technology effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Patient and empathetic qualities.
- Bonus: Previous sales experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as other benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
