About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Administration to lead our administrative operations and drive strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide our team members, while also driving operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives. If you have a proven track record in senior administrative roles, preferably within the construction sector, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all applicable regulations and laws within the construction sector.
  • Human Resources: Lead the planning, development, and management of Human Resources policies, oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring of key personnel, and foster a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in administrative and construction processes, implement efficient and sustainable practices, and lead projects focused on optimizing resources, time, and materials.
  • Technology and Digitalization: Promote the use of technology to optimize administrative and communication processes, evaluate and implement technological solutions, and champion digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a Master's Degree or specialization in construction management, human resources, or technology highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior administrative roles, preferably within the construction sector, with extensive experience in Human Resources, legal compliance, and process improvement.
  • Skills: High proficiency in English and Spanish, knowledge of technological solutions for administration and project management in construction, strong leadership skills, effective communication, and decision-making abilities.
Language Skills
  • English: Level B2/C1 - High proficiency and fluency, capable of effective business communication.
  • Spanish: Level C1/C2 - Full native proficiency for comprehensive communication.
