About the Job

Siscon Sistemas de Construcciones SRL is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calls, inbound emails, and customer service inquiries
  • Generate sales leads that translate into new customers
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct methods and tools and resolve doubts
  • Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within deadlines, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Receive and process customer orders and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for order processing
