Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Telecom Brun Dominicana. This role is responsible for providing support to our growing team and contributing to a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, conduct investigations, and resolve employee relations issues. Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the company. Develop and implement engaging onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Telecom Networks.
3. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and communicate benefits information effectively to employees.
4. HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generate reports, analyze HR data, and identify trends to improve HR processes.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements within the telecommunications industry.
6. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Work with managers to provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for employee growth.
7. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, focusing on skills development relevant to the telecommunications sector.
8. HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as compensation analysis, employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development projects. Contribute to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
