About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing support to our growing team and contributing to a strong company culture at Telecom Brun Dominicana. The successful candidate will have experience working in HR, preferably within the technology or call center industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Resolve employee relations issues, handle employee inquiries, and conduct investigations. Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment cycle for various roles within the company. Develop and implement engaging onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Telecom Networks.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and communicate benefits information effectively to employees.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generate reports, analyze HR data, and identify trends to improve HR processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements within the telecommunications industry.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Work with managers to provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for employee growth.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, focusing on skills development relevant to the telecommunications sector.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as compensation analysis, employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development projects. Contribute to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
