About the Role:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, supporting our growing team and contributing to a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and resolving employee relations issues. Advising managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the company, from job posting to offer acceptance. Developing and implementing engaging onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into Telecom Networks.
- Benefits Administration: Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other perks. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and communicating benefits information effectively to employees.
- HRIS Management: Maintaining and updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Generating reports, analyzing HR data, and identifying trends to improve HR processes.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Developing and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements within the telecommunications industry.
- Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans. Working with managers to provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for employee growth.
- Training & Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees, focusing on skills development relevant to the telecommunications sector.
- HR Projects: Participating in various HR projects, such as compensation analysis, employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development projects. Contributing to the overall strategic goals of the HR department.
