About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments with prospective customers to demonstrate our cutting-edge tax preparation software, MyTAXPrepOffice. Ideal candidates must be motivated, determined, self-directed closers who can work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers to demonstrate MyTAXPrepOffice
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions using our tax software
- Conduct cold calls to potential new customers
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Prior outbound call center sales experience required
- Exceptional work ethic required
- 40 Hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm
- Candidates must have a home-office with little to no distractions
- Fast and reliable internet access, a computer with Chrome, two monitors, and Windows 8 or newer for PCs
- High technical acumen required
- Experience w/ CRM software platforms a plus
