Job Description

The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, and optimize operational efficiency. This position involves monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and guidance to team members, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and engagement levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals, fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes results-driven leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Monitor key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition, to inform data-driven decision-making and optimize sales processes.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to excel in their roles.
• Implement strategies to boost productivity and maintain high engagement levels among the team, leveraging the strengths of each individual to drive collective success.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) to ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule adherence, ensuring seamless operations and efficient resource allocation.
• Identify sales process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to optimize the sales process and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems, maintaining a robust and reliable record of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with additional certifications in sales leadership or management highly valued.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the call center environment, preferably in sales telecommunications.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
• English: Minimum B2 level (C1 preferred), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
