Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our Santiago de los Caballeros office team. As a Voicer Agent, you will play a vital role in managing patient interactions, focusing on scheduling appointments. We expect you to provide compassionate, patient-centered service while adhering to privacy and healthcare compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient interactions, prioritizing appointment scheduling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with ability to learn new software
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
