At RPM BPO, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security CCTV Monitor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an on-site position located in our office, where you will be responsible for monitoring live security camera feeds and responding to escalations according to the company's protocol.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize audio communication to notify police and guards as needed
- Exercise good judgment and make informed decisions
- Assist with overflow review of potential crimes/threats and escalate as needed
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
