Job Description:

RPM BPO is seeking a skilled Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our incident response team.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring live security camera feeds, responding to escalations, and providing support to your team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Incident Managers and Triage operators
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams
  • Monitor and analyze security camera feeds to identify potential incidents
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve incident response
Requirements:
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Background check required
