The position involves working nights and overnight shifts at our Los Prados office, overseeing a team of Incident Managers and Triage operators.
As a supervisor, you will monitor live security camera feeds and respond to escalations according to RPM BPO's protocol. You will fill gaps in coverage and provide support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of incident responders
- Coordinate with other teams and managers to ensure effective response
- Follow established procedures for incident management
- Assist with overflow review of potential crimes or threats
- Advanced C1 English level (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Background check required
