AtWork Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant for Multinational Clients, you will play a vital role in managing the General Manager's agenda and coordinating strategic meetings.
This key position involves being the primary link with international clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the administration of orders, billing, and logistics, as well as writing and translating key documents, reports, and communications.
In addition to these tasks, you will supervise administrative processes and collaborate with the HR area to ensure efficient operations. Your sales and digital marketing skills will be valuable assets in supporting our business growth strategies.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions is required, along with native or advanced command of English and Spanish (oral and written). Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role.
