Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Analyst. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence in Santo Domingo Este. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in quality assurance, advanced English skills, computer proficiency, strong leadership and communication abilities, active listening and comprehension skills, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure seamless delivery of our services.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.* Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.* Provide constructive feedback and coaching to colleagues to foster growth and development.* Identify and report any systemic issues or defects that may impact project success.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.* Advanced English skills (oral and written).* Proficiency in computer software and applications.* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
