About PST.AG

PST.AG is a dynamic company seeking a highly motivated and communicative assistant to join our team in the area of customer management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Create tickets, resolve customer cases, and provide comprehensive support
  • Ticket Management: Initiate, track, and review tickets, as well as support customers throughout the process
  • Scheduling: Arrange and organize appointments and document their content
  • Document Creation: Create offers, invoices, and other documents from an ERP-System
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in any related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar (NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica, Sage etc)
  • Familiarity with working in an ERPNext or similar ticketing system (Odoo, Flectra, OpenERP, SuiteCRM etc)
  • Experience with LLM (Large Language Models) - Be able to use it and create prompts and understand the output
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience/Exposure with eCommerce
